Fear and Hunger: TERMINA is a RPGmaker horror game quite similar to the likes of old-school Silent Hill etc. The game deals heavily in the subject matters of violence, gore, drug use, suicide, child abuse, sexual abuse, occultism, human experimentation, torture, et cetera. While these aren't lore drops that will come easily, they may eventually come with CR development.

Marina's background in particular has mentions of stalking, transphobia, and occult rituals that require self-mutilation and the mutilation of others (carving into faces in particular).
